New Delhi (India), August 12<\/strong>: Pyramid Technoplast Limited\u00a0(the \u201cCompany\u201d),\u00a0an industrial packaging\u00a0company known for its expertise in manufacturing polymer based molded products\u00a0such as\u00a0rigid Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC), Polymer Drums and MS Drums,\u00a0has announced its plans to go public with a\u00a0proposed\u00a0Initial Public Offering (the \u201cOffer\u201d)\u00a0opening\u00a0on\u00a0Friday,\u00a018th\u00a0August, 2023.\u00a0The Offer includes fresh issue aggregating\u00a0\u20b9\u00a091.30\u00a0crore\u00a0and offer for sale by the Selling Shareholder aggregating to\u00a0\u20b9\u00a061.75\u00a0crore on upper band price\u00a0through\u00a0the\u00a0Offer.
