New Delhi [India], October 23: Harnil Shah’s career takes flight at the intersection of engineering precision and visionary entrepreneurship. A civil engineer with a PPL flying license, he joined his father’s 40-year-old legacy in construction and real estate, helping shape Setu Group into a brand defined by excellence, expertise, and elegance.
As Director of Business Development, Harnil brings a fresh perspective to the traditionally brick-and-mortar industry—infusing every project with lifestyle innovation and contemporary design. Setu Group’s portfolio spans residential and commercial landmarks across Gujarat, including the nature-integrated Ananya Villas in Gandhinagar. Designed by renowned architect Tony Joseph, Ananya reflects Harnil’s commitment to sustainable luxury and timeless architecture.
Now, Harnil is channelling his entrepreneurial spirit into a bold new venture: Barmer Wines and Gogunda Whisky. Located in Madarda village near a serene lake in Udaipur, the winery estate is poised to become a fine-dining and wine-tasting destination for NRI tourists and connoisseurs. Grapes will be sourced from Nashik initially, with plans to cultivate locally. The estate will also produce pomegranate wine and host luxury villas within two years.
From real estate to viticulture, Harnil Shah is crafting experiences that blend nature, design, and indulgence—building not just structures, but legacies.
